Lt. Col. Piyush Bahuguna (Retd) was commissioned into the Corps ofEngineers in June 1983 and served with distinction in various regimental andstaff roles. A BTech (Mechanical) graduate from the College of MilitaryEngineering and trained psychologist, he retired in 2003 to establishIMPACT Coaching & Educational Services Pvt. Ltd.Driven by his mission to guide youth toward defence careers, he has alsotrained CAT aspirants and delivered leadership and communication talks attop institutes and companies, including IIM Indore, IIM Lucknow, MDI,Infosys, and Wipro. He continues to lead IMPACT, now widely regarded asone of the most student-friendly and effective institutions preparing futuredefence officers.
